  • 1 Circle Space is a table space with a size 90cm x 45cm and 2 chairs. No electricity access provided.

    Please note the following rules for Circle Space:
    Circles can order a maximum of 4 Spaces. any additional booking will be treated as separate circles and may not be placed adjacent to each other.


  • 1. Circle Booth A is a partition booth with a size of 2m x 2m for 2 days, including:
    - 1 table 100x50x75cm
    - 2 chairs
    - 1 Exclusive access to electricity (2 amp).

    2. Circle Booth B is a partition booth with a size of 4m x 2m for 2 days, including:
    - 2 table 100x50x75cm
    - 4 chairs
    -1 Exclusive access to electricity (2 amp).

    Please note the following rules for Circle Booth:
    1. Custom booths are not permitted for Circle Booth category. If you intend to have a customized booth, please consider applying for a Corporate Booth instead.
    2. Circles can order a maximum of 1 booth (Booth A or B). any additional booking will be treated as separate circles and may not be placed adjacent to each other.
  • Choosing options with high demand will affect the circle's probability of securing their booth.
    The status provided is an estimate based from previous CF and will be periodically updated by our staff.

    Additional Exhibitor Pass :
    * Circle can request up to 2 additional passes, with a fee applicable for each additional pass based on the package selected. Paypal rates are indicated in the brackets.
    - IDR 150K (USD 10) for SAT/SUN Circle Space
    - IDR 300K (USD 20) for Both Days Circle Space and Circle Booth,
    * Additional passes can only be requested using this registration form.
    * The fee for additional passes will be included in your registration payment.

    The CIRCLE CUT is submitted only once and cannot be changed later. Failure to submit a proper CIRCLE CUT may result in your circle registration form being rejected.

    1. Download the Circle Cut template (Right click and save image as) V1 or V2
    2. Fill in the template using any image editing software or scan the template. Tutorial click here
    3. It is recommended to fill the illustration box with your latest illustration or doujin that you're planning to sell at the upcoming CF.
    4. Once you have completed the template, upload it using the uploader below.
